A self paced journey of trauma healing, self discovery and personal evolution

Course intro:

Welcome, welcome, welcome.

First and foremost, I want to celebrate you for being here, and for showing up for yourself…

Know that your life will be changed, in the most expansive and liberating of ways, because of this gift that you have offered yourself (as you will come to viscerally experience, this course truly is a gift for you and your Future Self!)

What you will find within the heart, soul and structure of this course, are the learnings from my own life - both personally and professionally - and I truly hope that you find as much healing in the lessons as both I, and my clients, have.

As an individual, I too have journeyed with trauma (as most of us have, simply because we are human!)…

Trauma that has rocked the foundations of my life, and at times, robbed me of my breath, hope and connection with myself.

But thanks to the tools and teachings I share in this course, I have emerged from my trauma a stronger, more resilient and with purpose woman.

In fact, I often find myself offering gratitude to my past traumas, for all of the lessons, insights and opportunities for growth they’ve gifted me (I acknowledge this may seem like a far off place to you right now, but know that it is entirely possible)... 

After all, we wouldn’t be here together, in this course now, if it were not for those experiences.

How incredible a thought is that?! 

Professionally, I have spent many years studying and serving others as both a certified Reiki Master and qualified Naturopath and Nutritionist...

And supporting others to understand, heal and weave threads of gold out of their experiences with trauma, brings me the deepest purpose.

In order to get the most out of this course, it’s my warmest invitation that you come to it with a commitment to yourself, and put non-negotiable time aside in your day to day/week to week life, to show up.

Given the diversity of our lives, what this will look like for you will be different from someone else - simply choose what feels both devotional and sustainable for you (because if it’s not sustainable and if it feels ‘too hard’, I can guarantee it will fall by the wayside).

Included in this course are 24 lessons, across 6 modules (so, 4 modules per lesson) that will take you on a journey with yourself, before expanding your lens to look at building your external resources and creating an aligned and loving vision for your future.

Each module includes some introductory words that will help to set the scene and give you an overview of the landscape ahead, followed by 4 lessons (that should be done sequentially, because each builds on the last).

Each lesson will only take 5 to 10 minutes to read through, but I suggest that you put aside an additional 20 to 30 minutes to journey with each lesson’s activity.

You may even wish to put aside extra pockets of time for reflection and self connection between lessons.

While of course being introduced to new ideas and learnings is important, deep growth and healing comes when we take action

Wisdom to experience

The intellectual to the embodied.

Much like looking at a treadmill will not help you to increase your fitness…

Or reading a wholefoods cookbook will not nourish your insides…

Simply absorbing the words in this course will only take you so far.

Doing the work is what will be the catalyst to propel you forward and see you flourish and grow. 

While I do encourage consistency on this journey, the pace at which you travel is entirely up to you.

Just as your healing does not need to look one way (it's not a straight line) - nor does your journey through this course.

As someone who is passionate about inviting ritual and ceremony into her life, this is something I invite you to explore too….

Because it’s not just what we do that matters, it’s how we do it…

And inviting ritual and ceremony into your journey will support you to show up with more presence and intention.

For some, journeying inwards and getting intimate with their past, may feel vulnerable and could ‘stir’ things up within them.


What is MOST IMPORTANT in this course is that you listen to yourself and look after yourself.

While my approach is designed to be gentle and steady (but powerful!), if something feels too uncomfortable, or perhaps even unsafe, then press pause…

And if need be, seek out the support of a professional.

Consider for yourself now - if I need support as I journey through this course, who will I reach out to?

Asking for help is a sign of strength and self love, and one that I wholeheartedly applaud.

One must-have for your journey forward is a journal.

While you will experience many somatic (body based) activities, there are many prompts for reflection and writing. You too may like to record how you’re feeling and what’s coming up for you outside of your ‘self-study’ time. 

It doesn’t matter if you are not a ‘good’ writer. There is no right or wrong when it comes to journaling. It’s merely an opportunity to unravel your thoughts, invite in new insights and create space in your mind.

Simply by being here, you are on the precipice of great change in your life - change of the most illuminating, expansive, deep and nourishing kind.

Amongst many other wishes, my deepest hope is that you walk away from this journey…

  • Feeling more at home, and safe, within your physical body

  • Living a life not defined by your trauma and/or your ingrained behaviours, but rather, as an extension of your most true and authentic self

  • Feeling more comfortable making decisions that are not dominated by fear (which are a manifestation of your trauma) but rather, from the seat of your heart, soul and truths

  • Experiencing your life and the world in a whole new way - not through a lens of trauma but rather, through a lens of alignment, inner safety, self love and freedom

  • Knowing yourself more intimately and feeling more aware of and in control of your responses and choices

  • In deep celebration of the wisdom you will invite in and the healing you will experience (you deserve to be celebrated, my friend)

  • With a clearer vision of what you desire to call into your future (once the curtain of your trauma and the impact/s it currently plays in your decision making, is drawn away).

It truly is my deepest honour to be taking this journey with you and I am over the moon that you have chosen yourself. It takes courage, energy and commitment, and I am so proud of you.
