It weaves together cutting-edge trauma research, somatic practice, ancestral healing, feminine cycle wisdom, the medicine of ceremony and the accumulated wisdom of indigenous healing traditions into something that does not currently exist anywhere else — a program that is simultaneously clinically rigorous, deeply feminine and profoundly human.

You will draw on the work of Bessel van der Kolk, Gabor Maté, Peter Levine, Stephen Porges, Judith Herman and Rachel Yehuda — alongside the wisdom of Clarissa Pinkola Estés, Marion Woodman, Esther Harding, Resmaa Menakem, Audre Lorde and many others. These are not footnotes. They are co-travellers on your journey.

Module 1 — Laying the Foundations
Before going deep, you build the container that will hold you. You will understand what trauma actually is — including the little t experiences that are so often dismissed — where it lives in the body, and how to resource yourself before, during and after the work. You will begin to meet your inner parent and your inner child with fresh eyes.

Module 2 — Giving the Tension Your Attention
You will explore the triggers, the echoes of childhood and adult experience, the question of what is yours to carry and what belongs to others. You will enter the science of epigenetic and ancestral trauma — understanding what has been passed down through your lineage — and begin to see the systemic conditions that shaped your wounds with clear and compassionate eyes.

Module 3 — Healing Blueprints
You will descend into shadow work through the ancient myth of Inanna — the oldest recorded map of transformation. You will enter the intelligence of your cyclical nature and the wisdom of the moon. You will learn to read your emotional landscape and tend your nervous system through the vagus nerve. And you will explore one of the most underacknowledged dimensions of women's experience — the loss and reclamation of identity through perimenopause, motherhood, loss and the great transitions of a feminine life.

Module 4 — Releasing What No Longer Serves You
The heart of the program. You will explore healthy boundaries as an act of self-knowledge, the dynamics of relating when two wounds meet, the gold that lives within your scars, and the words your soul has been waiting to hear. And you will meet your anger — not as something to be managed, but as one of the most important messengers in the emotional body's repertoire.

Module 5 — You Were Never Meant to Do This Alone
You will deepen your practice of self love — understanding it as a biological and ancestral act, not an indulgence. You will explore the medicine of the natural world through food, plants, flowers, essential oils and time in nature. You will identify the role models and the circle of support that will hold you through and beyond this journey. And you will enter ceremony and ritual as communal healing practice — one of the oldest technologies for collective transformation available to human beings.

Module 6 — Calling In Your Dreams
You will vision your future from a place of genuine agency rather than conditioned limitation. You will mark your progress with honesty and compassion. You will celebrate yourself — not as performance but as neurological necessity. You will embrace the cyclical nature of healing and of life. And you will close this chapter of your journey with a ceremony that honours what has been traversed and marks the threshold of what comes next.

ABOUT ARJUNA

Arjuna Biswas is a Clinical Naturopath, Qualified Nutritionist, Usui Ryoho Reiki Master and trauma-informed practitioner based in Kiama, on the South Coast of New South Wales, Australia.

She holds an Advanced Diploma in Clinical Naturopathy and Integrative Natural Health from Nature Care College and is a registered member of the Australian Traditional Medicine Society. She works with women navigating hormonal disruption, chronic illness and complex trauma — and with anyone ready to stop managing their history and start inhabiting their life.

You Are Not Broken; When the Body Speaks was not built from theory. It was built from years of clinical practice, deep engagement with the world's most rigorous trauma research, and the hard-won understanding that the body is not the problem. It is the wisest thing in the room.
